Cheneen Hubert

Biography

Cheneen Hubert is a litigation paralegal, a California native and a valued member of Evers Law Group. Cheneen has more than 20 years of experience working on complex civil litigation matters and has worked for several prominent litigation firms in the Sacramento area. She has extensive experience in contract disputes, personal injury claims, malpractice claims, general plaintiffs’ civil litigation, defense of state and local governmental agencies, binding arbitrations, mediations, aviation insurance defense, family law, and environmental law.

Cheneen works on cases from inception through trial. She works closely with clients gathering documents and information in the discovery phase. She has extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts. She is also fluent in the local court rules of Sacramento County Superior Court and surrounding counties. Cheneen is technologically savvy and she works with clients and witnesses in providing online testimony while attends to the vast array of issues associated with remote testimony.

Cheneen is also active in her community. She volunteers at JustServe.org and other organizations including programs that build beds for Afghanistan refugees and mentoring the needy by assisting individuals in securing gainful employment.
