Kelly Mills Evers is a senior litigation paralegal with more than 20 years of experience and she is well-versed in all aspects of civil litigation.
For nearly 15 years, Kelly worked with attorney Ken Mennemeier (prior to his appointment as a judge of the Sacramento County Superior Court) on securities and banking matters before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and state and federal courts on claims brought against broker-dealers and financial advisers. These claims typically allege fraud, violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, and omissions and misrepresentations.
Kelly specializes in banking, securities and complex business litigation. Her experience as a Series 7 licensed financial adviser with Morgan Stanley provides her with a unique skill set, allowing her to address multifaceted allegations and damage claims. She is fluent in the Code of Civil Procedure and she guides clients through the maze of discovery issues in a cost-effective manner.
When she is not working, Kelly is involved in her daughters’ activities at St. Francis High School, including basketball and performing arts.
