Adam C. Brown is an attorney and is Of Counsel to Evers Law Group. Adam received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley and his law degree from the University of San Francisco. Adam brings a breadth of experience with 25 years handling business transactions and complex litigation. He focuses on providing a practical, results-oriented approach to client matters.
Adam began his legal career in the early 1990s handling complex business and insurance cases, including matters addressing construction defect, environmental contamination and breach of contract claims. He has successfully handled numerous complex business cases through trial and arbitration, and is uniquely skilled in assessing complex cases, providing creative solutions and managing adverse parties and witnesses.
Now, Adam represents domestic and foreign clients and provides a wide range of business transaction and litigation services. He routinely represents shippers, ocean freight operators, insurers, farmers, investment consortiums, commodities traders and small to medium-sized businesses in a variety of areas of law, including business law and litigation, agricultural law and international trade law. Adam’s agribusiness matters regularly address issues relating to the marketing, production and distribution of U.S. origin products.
Adam also represents water and utility districts in California involving negotiations with landowners, ratepayers, and contractors, including eminent domain actions.
“I view my clients’ issues from their perspective, and work hard to achieve the best result possible in the most efficient and economical manner. Most of my clients have been with me for over 20 years. I view their success as my success, whether in the form of a good deal or a favorable result in court.”
Adam serves his community as a member of the Placer County Assessment Appeals Board. He also volunteers his time assisting homeless shelters in the Sacramento region.
